Terms of Service for Keys 2 Keys Rentals

1. Vehicle Rental Agreement: When renting a vehicle from Keys 2 Keys Rentals, you enter into a formal Vehicle Rental Agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions specific to your rental, including rental duration, fees, insurance coverage, and other important details.

2. Driver Requirements: To rent a vehicle, you must meet our driver requirements, including age restrictions, possession of a valid driver's license, and adherence to any additional requirements specified in the Vehicle Rental Agreement.

3. Vehicle Use: You agree to use the rented vehicle responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes refraining from reckless driving, unauthorized modifications, and using the vehicle for illegal activities.

4. Reservation and Cancellation: Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Cancellation policies vary based on the terms specified at the time of booking. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in fees.
Payment and Fees: Rental fees, including any additional charges such as insurance, fuel, or late fees, are outlined in the Vehicle Rental Agreement. Payment is due at the time of rental and must be made using accepted payment methods.

5. Insurance: Keys 2 Keys Rentals offers optional insurance coverage for rental vehicles. It is your responsibility to understand the terms and coverage limits of the insurance policy and to select the coverage that best suits your needs.

6. Vehicle Return: Rental vehicles must be returned to the designated location at the agreed-upon date and time specified in the Vehicle Rental Agreement. Late returns may result in additional fees.
Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for returning the rental vehicle in the same condition as when it was rented, aside from normal wear and tear. Any damage or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

7. Liability: Keys 2 Keys Rentals is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the rental vehicle during the rental period.

8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Keys 2 Keys Rentals harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the rental vehicle, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or property damage.

9. Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Missouri, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Missouri.
